Chia Jam

This simple and nutritious two-ingredient Chia Jam is the perfect way to enjoy your favorite fruits all year round!
Servings: 2 cups

Equipment

  • Food processor

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh or frozen berries any berry of your choice or cherries
  • ¼ cup chia seeds

Instructions

  • Place fruit in a food processor fitted with the ā€œSā€ blade and process until smooth. Pour into a bowl and stir in the chia seeds.
  • Place in the refrigerator. The jam will thicken as it chills.
