Chocolate FUNdue

Fondue made fun! This velvety chocolate dip is perfect for sharing, whether you’re indulging with fruit, making decadent treats, or using it as a frosting alternative.
Course: Dessert
Servings: 3 cups

Equipment

  • Food processor

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients except for the plant milk in a food processor fitted with the “S” blade and process until fully incorporated, scraping down the sides of the bowl if necessary.
  • Slowly drizzle in plant milk with the motor running, a little at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
  • You can eat this immediately or chill for a firmer texture.

Notes

  • Use raw almond butter or tahini for a raw version.
  • Any extra FUNdue makes an amazing frosting for cakes or cupcakes. Omit the plant milk for a thicker texture.
  • Pair with cut apples, strawberries, or skewer a mix of fruits for a fun presentation.
