Cinnamon Vanilla Bliss Balls
These Cinnamon Vanilla Bliss Balls are a quick and healthy treat, packed with almonds, dates, cinnamon, and vanilla bean powder for a warm, melt-in-your-mouth flavor.
Servings: 8 balls
- 4 ounces raw unsalted almonds (about 1 cup)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla bean powder
- 6 ounces pitted dates about 1 cup
In a food processor fitted with the āSā blade, process the almonds into a flour-like consistency. Do not overprocess into a nut butter.
Add the cinnamon and vanilla bean powder and process again, briefly.
Add the dates and process until it clumps together.
Using a retractable cookie scoop or measuring cup, scoop 2 tablespoons of the date-nut mixture and roll into individual balls.
