Cinnamon Vanilla Bliss Balls

These Cinnamon Vanilla Bliss Balls are a quick and healthy treat, packed with almonds, dates, cinnamon, and vanilla bean powder for a warm, melt-in-your-mouth flavor.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces raw unsalted almonds (about 1 cup)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean powder
  • 6 ounces pitted dates about 1 cup

Instructions

  • In a food processor fitted with the ā€œSā€ blade, process the almonds into a flour-like consistency. Do not overprocess into a nut butter.
  • Add the cinnamon and vanilla bean powder and process again, briefly.
  • Add the dates and process until it clumps together.
  • Using a retractable cookie scoop or measuring cup, scoop 2 tablespoons of the date-nut mixture and roll into individual balls.
