Clafoutis
A delicious, fruity, plant-based dessert that's naturally sweetened and perfect for any occasion!

Mixing bowl
8-inch silicone pan
- 1 pound strawberries
- 3 large very ripe bananas
- 10 ounces about 1 cup fruit-sweetened jam store-bought or Chia Jam
- 2 cups gluten-free rolled oats
- 1 tsp aluminum- and sodium-free baking powder
- ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
- ½ cup unsweetened plant milk
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Slice fruit and mix well with jam.
Place in an 8-inch silicone pan.
Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and place evenly over the fruit.
Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
- If you prefer a sweeter clafoutis, you can substitute unsweetened apple juice for the plant milk. This will add a touch of extra sweetness to the dish.
- Feel free to experiment with different fruits! Peaches, plums, nectarines, or cherries would all work beautifully in place of the strawberries.
