This creamy, plant-based Holiday Eggless Nog is a festive twist on the classic holiday drink, made with white sweet potatoes, bananas, and warm spices. It's a quick and guilt-free treat perfect for the holiday season!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups white sweet potatoes, roasted, peeled, and chilled about 1 pound
  • 2 large, very ripe bananas, frozen about 1 cup
  • ½ tsp nutmeg, plus more to garnish
  • ½ tsp vanilla bean powder
  • 2 cups unsweetened plant milk

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a tall glass and sprinkle with additional nutmeg, if desired.

  • For a Thicker Nog: If you like your nog thick, reduce the amount of plant milk slightly, or add a handful of ice cubes before blending.
