Raspberry Coulis
This Raspberry Coulis is a simple, elegant way to add a burst of fruity flavor to any dish. With just two ingredients, it’s naturally sweetened and versatile enough to complement a range of desserts.
Servings: 2 cups
- 12 ounces frozen raspberries, thawed (3 cups)
- 6 Tbsp Date Paste or more to taste
Purée defrosted fruit and Date Paste in a high-speed blender until smooth. Add more Date Paste until desired sweetness is reached.
Pour into a squeeze bottle and drizzle over any dessert, such as the Orange Chocolate Mousse Torte, or directly on the plate.
