Hi Everyone!
A little note from the Chef AJ Team…
Chef AJ is officially OUT OF OFFICE! She’s taking a couple of weeks away to attend Dr. Nedley’s program, where she’ll be completely unplugged. That’s right, no phone, no social media, and no newsletter updates. Can you imagine AJ going that long without talking to all of you? 😂
If you’re curious about where she’s going and what she’ll be doing, AJ shared all the details in a recent YouTube video.

In the meantime, we’ll be keeping things running behind the scenes while AJ enjoys a little time away from the digital world.
Thank you for all the love and support you continue to send her way. We know it means the world to her.
With love,
The Chef AJ Team
